What is the HAVERHILL Near & Dear program? How does it work?

The HAVERHILL Near & Dear program is a points-based program through which our valued customers (like you!) earn points and benefits when shopping at haverhill.com. Your points unlock tiered benefits and can be redeemed for rewards. This is just another way for us to say thank you to our customers and show how much we appreciate your loyalty. Learn more

Who is eligible to join?

HAVERHILL loyalty program is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address.

What happens to any points, benefits, or rewards I have earned if my membership in the program is terminated or expires?

Points, benefits, and rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed if your membership in the program terminates or expires.

How do I join?

Signing up is easy! Simply click here to create an account by entering your name, email, and password. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our Near & Dear program - so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning rewards!

I already have a HAVERHILL account, do I need to create a new one?

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Is there a cost to join?

There is no cost to join! Register now to start earning rewards on every purchase.

Do my rewards, benefits, and points have any cash value?

Rewards, benefits, and points do not have any cash value.

How do I update my information?

Please log in using your email address and password. Visit your Account home page to update your shipping address or enter additional addresses.

How do I check my account status?

Make sure you are logged into your account, then click here to view your account status, points balance, and more.

May I share my account, rewards, benefits, and points with a friend?

Rewards, points, and benefits are not transferable. You may use your rewards, points or benefits to purchase gifts for friends and family!

How do I reset my password?

Please visit https://haverhill.com/account/register and click “Forgot Password”. You may enter your email address and click “Submit”. If you have an active account with us, a link to reset your password will be emailed to your address on file.

Where can I find all of my Near & Dear account information?

The rewards page is your roadmap to all your points and perks. You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page.

FAQ Points & Rewards

How do I earn points?

You will earn points on each purchase made, except when purchasing gift cards. The number of points earned per dollar spent depends on your Near & Dear account status. You can also earn points for certain non-purchase activities, such as joining the program or liking and sharing our pages on social media.

How many points do I need before I am eligible for rewards?

The minimum number of points that can be exchanged for rewards is 500. Near & Dear members may begin earning points immediately, but cannot exchange points for rewards until they have earned Emerald status.

Can I exchange or return a reward I received as a loyalty program member?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent (less a 30% restocking fee if the item was personalized) after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.

Do my points expire?

Unused points will expire after one year of inactivity. Your birthday and special occasion gift rewards will expire after 30 days.

Are any types of purchases not eligible for points?

Purchases of e-gift cards are not eligible for points.
