Returns Policy & Product Warranty


We accept returns for items within 45 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be received by us within 45 days of the purchase date and be returned in its original condition.

Exceptions: Customized items (“Personalized” items) are eligible for a refund less a 30% re-stock fee; Special-order items (“Made to Order” and "Pre-order" items) are eligible for merchandise credit only; Returns for international orders cannot be accepted.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at and include your name and order number. We will email you a return label. Please print and tape the label to a small box, preferably a USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate box. Please return the item in its original packaging (box and pouch). As soon as we receive the item, we will inspect it, then process a refund to the account from which it was paid (Exceptions apply. See “Exceptions” above). You will receive an email confirmation of the refund. It usually takes between three and five business days for the money to return to your account.

If an item is purchased in person at a HAVERHILL Collection trunk show, a public event or a charity event, the item can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit only. 

In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, please notify us at within 48 hours of delivery. 



The HAVERHILL Collection two year warranty covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for two years. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only if the jewelry has been purchased from a HAVERHILL Collection authorized retail partner. Jewelry damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship will not be considered under warranty. 

If your item is no longer under warranty, we are happy to assess the damage and give you a cost of repair prior to moving forward. We want you to continue to enjoy your HAVERHILL jewelry.
