How do I update my information?

Please log in using your email address and password. Visit your Account home page to update your shipping address or enter additional addresses.

How do I check my account status?

Make sure you are logged into your account, then visit our Near & Dear Rewards page to view your account status, points balance, and more.

May I share my account, rewards, benefits, and points with a friend?

Rewards, points, and benefits are not transferable. You may use your rewards, points or benefits to purchase gifts for friends and family!

How do I reset my password?

Please visit https://haverhill.com/account/register and click “Forgot Password”. You may enter your email address and click “Submit”. If you have an active account with us, a link to reset your password will be emailed to your address on file.

Where can I find all of my Near & Dear account information?

The rewards page is your roadmap to all your points and perks. You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page.

Will I receive rewards for purchases I made before creating my rewards account?

Purchases made before creating a rewards account will not accrue points; make sure you create a Near & Dear account before you purchase. For those who purchased before the Near & Dear program was created - any purchase you have made while logged into your account will count toward earning your tier status. You will have immediate access to the enhanced rewards once you earn a tier status.

What if I have an old email address or more than one email address and want to combine them?
