One of the most challenging parts of buying jewelry as a gift is figuring out what size jewelry to buy. We have a Sizing Guide that can help you get the perfect fit. You might need to do a little detective work to figure out what length necklace or bracelet to get, or figure out her ring size. If you can sneak in her jewelry box to measure her favorite necklace or bracelet, that is great! Ring sizing is trickier, but rest assured, we can exchange or resize rings for you. You can also just ask! She might know generally what you are getting, but the surprise and delight will still be there when she opens the box on Christmas morning and sees what you have created just for her.

Don’t worry about how you will wrap the jewelry for Christmas, we take care of the gift wrapping for you. Every piece of jewelry comes elegantly wrapped in our signature HAVERHILL gift box tied with a satin bow and ready for giving. If you are sending the gift straight to Mom, rest assured there are no receipts in the package (that is all sent electronically to you). We are happy to include a gift note, just let us know what you would like it to say. From the moment she sees your gift until she puts her personalized jewelry on, we want the experience to feel luxurious. After all, she deserves only the best!

Production time for each piece of jewelry is listed on the Product Page. As soon as you place your order, our jewelers get to right work selecting and setting your gemstones and other elements. Each piece is custom made in our Rhode Island studio and will be ready to ship in 1-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Many items are ready to ship the same day you order if you place your order before 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. Please note, Production Time does not include weekends or bank holidays
Absolutely! Our Personalized Classic and Grand Birthstone Collections are designed to grow with your family. You can place an alterations order to add Classic stones, letters, and even chain length to your jewelry.
We cannot add a stone to pieces from our Rosecliff, Greenwich, Warren or Providence collections.
