Packing for Alterations or Repairs
1. To protect your jewelry and prevent it from tangling, please pack it in a clear Ziploc bag. Necklaces and bracelets should be placed in the bag with the clasp closed and hanging outside of the bag.
2. Please do not send your jewelry in its original packaging.
3. Seal the bag in a small padded envelope.
4. Do not use tape to attach your jewelry to the packaging.
5. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover any existing labels.
6. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.Please keep the original gift box, pouch and polishing cloth. You do not need to send them back to us.
