What shipping service does HAVERHILL use?

All of our orders are shipped with UPS or FedEx. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

Does HAVERHILL ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with UPS or FedEx. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Please note that international orders are final sale.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is packaged, the tracking information is automatically sent to the email used to place the order. Once the courier scans your package into their system, the tracking information will be updated. This may take a few hours to update. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, contact us and our customer service representatives will be happy to help you.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Signatures are required on any order over $500. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

I want to purchase multiple gifts on the same order. Can they be shipped individually?

Yes. Please contact us before placing your order and our customer service representatives will determine shipping costs.

Does HAVERHILL offer free shipping?

All orders over $150 come with free UPS Ground shipping in the US. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

Where is my package?

Please check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number to track your package. If your package has been marked as "delivered" but you have not received it yet, please check if someone at your address has accepted the package or if it was left with a neighbor. Also check for a note of attempted delivery on your door or in your mailbox. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, or if you cannot locate your package, please contact us with your order number and our customer service representatives will assist you.

I'm ordering a gift. Can you ship to a different address?

Yes we can! Enter your recipient's address under the Shipping Information step at checkout. If you need to update the shipping address after you have placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to residential or commercial addresses. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

Can I change the shipping address?

Contact us with your order number, and our customer service representatives will be happy to discuss your options, depending on where your order is in the production queue.

How quickly can my order be shipped to me?

Our jewelry is made to order in 1 - 4 business days. You can select the shipping method at checkout. For more information about shipping, click here.

Are you closed on holidays?

We are closed for all Federal Bank Holidays. Normal production and shipping schedules resume on the next business day.
