What payment methods are accepted at HAVERHILL?
We accept all major credit cards, HAVERHILL gift cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and Affirm payments.
We accept Visa gift cards only if the amount on the card is greater than the transaction total. We cannot process split payments with Visa gift cards and another form of payment. Please note, if you return an item purchased on a Visa gift card for a refund, the refunded amount will go back on to the Visa gift card.
How do I redeem my HAVERHILL gift card?
Simply enter the code in the box marked "Gift Card or discount code" at checkout. The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from your order. If a balance is owed, you can use a credit card or another form of payment. Kindly note that you can only use one gift card per transaction. HAVERHILL gift cards can only be used in the currency it was purchased in.
Does HAVERHILL offer financing?

How do I use my discount code?
Simply enter the code on the "Information" step at checkout. There is a box marked "Gift Card or discount code" where you can apply the discount code to your order. Please note that discount codes are limited to one per order, and cannot be applied to previous purchases or gift cards.
Can I combine discounts?
No, there is a limit of one discount per order.
How do I apply for Affirm financing?
Affirm offers clear, simple financing for your online purchases in just a few clicks:
1. Add your desired items to your shopping cart and select the Affirm payment option on our checkout page.
2. Enter a few basic pieces of information to identify yourself. Affirm will instantly let you know if you are approved for a loan.
3. Review your payment plan details and click “Confirm” to finalize the loan. Once you’re done, your purchase will be on its way! Just remember to pay your bills on or before their due dates or sign up for autopayment at http://www.affirm.com/pay. You can learn more about Affirm here.
I noticed a duplicate charge on my credit card. What can I do?
This may occur if you card was declined and you attempted to make the purchase again. We do not hold any charges from declined purchases. The duplicate transaction should be removed from your account once it has completed pending. Please reach out to your bank for more information.
