Production & Shipping Timing

Need a gift in a hurry? Waited until the last minute? That’s not a problem! We pride ourselves on making beautiful, custom-made jewelry with a turnaround time that meets your deadlines.
Production times are separate from shipping times. Production refers to how long it takes to make your order. You can find the production time on the product page, above the shipping estimator. Please note, production times may change during the holidays.
IN STOCK
Items ship in 1 business day. If your order is placed after 2pm Eastern Time, it will ship the following business day.
If the production time of all items in your order is within 7 business days, we wait until production of all items in your order is complete before making (one) shipment. If you wish for us to ship your items as they are ready in multiple shipments, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to help you make those arrangements.
There may be additional charges incurred for multiple shipments. If there are items in your order that exceed production time of 7 business days, we will send your order in multiple shipments at no additional charge. If you have paid for expedited shipping, the first item(s) produced will be shipped with expedited shipping and the items produced after 7 business days will be shipped with free, UPS ground shipping.
Please refer to the shipping estimate on the product page. For faster delivery on all US orders, we recommend choosing UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipping.
UPS Ground
Cost: Free on Purchases $150 or more
1-6 business days upon order completion. Please refer to the shipping estimator on the product page for an estimated delivery date. Items from our In-Stock collection will ship the same day the order is placed when ordered by 2pm Eastern time.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Cost: Varies by destination
2 business days upon order completion. Items from our In-Stock collections will ship the same day the order is placed when ordered by 2pm Eastern time.
UPS Next Day Air
Cost: Varies by destination
1 business day upon order completion. Items from our In-Stock collections will ship the same day the order is placed when ordered by 2pm Eastern time.

Production times and fees for international orders are the same as listed above.
We ship worldwide with UPS. Shipping times vary based on the destination country. Shipping prices do not include taxes and duties. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment for which you will be responsible. Please note that we do not have any control over these fees, and we are unable to advise the estimated cost as it varies by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Note: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
We are closed for all Federal Bank Holidays. Normal shipping schedules resume on the next business day.
Returns & Warranty

We understand life happens, but you can rest assured that we’re here to help. Our two-year warranty and easy returns with free shipping allow you to order with confidence.
Returns
In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, please notify us at assistance@haverhill.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Once you receive the return authorization and label, you have 10 days to ship it back to our studio.
Please note that international orders are final sale.
We offer an extended return window for Holiday gift purchases of 45 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us if you need assistance.
PERSONALIZED AND STOCK ITEMS
All items, excluding those in the Shop for Good Collection, are eligible for a free return or exchange for store credit, subject to inspection. Refunds will be issued in full once the item is verified.
SHOP FOR GOOD ITEMS
Items from Shop for Good collections can be returned for store credit or a refund, less the donation that was made to the applicable charitable organization.
DESIGN ALTERATIONS
Once an item has been altered with a Design Alteration, it is final sale and not eligible for a refund.
Warranty
The HAVERHILL two year warranty covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for two years. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only if the jewelry has been purchased from a HAVERHILL authorized retail partner. Jewelry damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship will not be considered under warranty.
Jewelry that is damaged due to excessive wear or abuse will not be covered by our warranty. Jewelry repairs performed by any other jeweler will void this warranty. Jewelry that has been cleaned with abrasive or ultrasonic cleansers will not be covered by this plan. Our warranty does not cover theft, loss, abuse or accidental damage.
If your item is no longer under warranty, we are happy to assess the damage and give you a cost of repair prior to moving forward. We want you to continue to enjoy your HAVERHILL jewelry.
