HAVERHILL Giveaway Terms and Conditions, October 2024
Eligibility:
The HAVERHILL Newsletter & SMS Subscription Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have a valid email address and/or phone number, and have not previously subscribed to HAVERHILL's SMS marketing program. Employees of HAVERHILL, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on September 5, 2024, and ends on October 14, 2024. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible to win.
How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, individuals must subscribe to the HAVERHILL SMS marketing program during the Entry Period. Entrants may subscribe by visiting https://haverhill.com/ and completing the subscription form as prompted. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway.
Prize:
One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will receive a $2,500 HAVERHILL E-Gift Card. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted by HAVERHILL within seven (7) days after the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification:
The winner will be notified via email or SMS within seven (7) days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) days of the date of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity:
By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the HAVERHILL website. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to receive marketing communications from HAVERHILL. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Governing Law:
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States of America and State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
