Design Consultation:The winner will receive up to two hours of design consultation with our CAD designer. It is recommended that this time be divided into a longer initial meeting followed by one to two shorter subsequent meetings. If the full two hours are not required, the consultation will conclude when the design process is complete.

Time Limit:The personalized design must be completed within six months of winning. If the winner is not available within this timeframe, another winner will be selected.

Prize Value and Cost Limitations: The total value of the finished jewelry piece shall not exceed $2,500. This value is determined by the market price of gold and the selected gemstones. The CAD designer will inform the winner when the design is approaching the cost limit. Should the winner wish to exceed this value by incorporating additional materials, the associated costs will be the responsibility of the winner.

Use of Personal Gemstones:If the winner chooses to incorporate personal gemstones into the design, they assume all financial responsibility for any potential stone breakage during the fabrication process. Haverhill Leach Inc. will not be liable for damage to out-of-house stones. A separate risk waiver must be signed before proceeding with the use of personal stones.

Design Integrity and Brand Aesthetic:The winner may provide inspiration images or reference designs; however, exact copies of existing jewelry from other brands will not be replicated. The final design will align with the aesthetic, components, and materials characteristic of Haverhill jewelry. Haverhill Leach Inc. will collaborate with the winner to create a unique piece within these design parameters.

Intellectual Property Rights: The final jewelry design remains the exclusive intellectual property of Haverhill Leach Inc. Haverhill reserves the right to reproduce the design for future production and sale on its website. Should the design be selected for production, the winner will receive a $300 voucher redeemable on the Haverhill website as a token of appreciation.

Marketing and Promotional Participation:By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the giveaway. This includes but is not limited to creating content about the experience, sharing insights about the design process, and showcasing the final piece and their story on camera for marketing purposes.

Image and Footage Usage Rights:The winner grants to Haverhill Leach, Inc. dba HAVERHILL ("Company") the exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and unrestricted rights to use, display, reproduce, edit, distribute, and otherwise utilize all images, footage, and any related materials created or captured by or on behalf of Company during their experience with us. This grant of rights includes but is not limited to the right to use the Materials in all media formats, now known or later developed, including digital, print, online, social media, and broadcast. The winner further acknowledges that these rights are exclusive to Company and waives any rights to inspect or approve any use of the Materials or the final product in which they appear. The winner waives any claim to further compensation or royalties arising from any future use of the Materials by Company, its agents, successors, licensees, and assigns. (edited)
