Add Birthstones, Letters or Chain Length to Your Existing Item

We can add stones, letters or chain length to existing HAVERHILL jewelry only. If you would like to purchase a HAVERHILL piece of your own, you can start by visiting our Birthstone Collection or Letters Collection.

What happens next? After we process your order, we will send you an email confirming your order and another email containing your return shipping label. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will make your requested alterations and return it to you once completed. 

Send us your items with care.

• To protect your jewelry and prevent it from tangling, please pack it in a clear Ziploc bag. Place the necklace or bracelet in the bag with the clasp closed and hanging outside of the bag.
• Please do not send your jewelry in its original packaging.
• Seal the bag in a small padded envelope.
• Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover any existing labels.
• Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.

Please note: The initial $40 fee listed above includes labor and return shipping cost. You will need to pay shipping one way at checkout out.

All items from the Personalized Birthstone Collection and Personalized Letter Collection (Initials, Names, and Words) are custom-made to order. If you wish to return a Personalized item, we charge a 30% restocking fee after inspection of the item. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please double check your choices of the letters and stones as well as the length. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
